Welcome to Green Brothers Band Website!
Based
in Castleton, Vermont, the Green Brothers Band has been
performing as a group for fifteen years throughout New England and New
York. The band’s repertoire includes an eclectic mix of jazz, blues, rock,
r & b, reggae, fusion, as well as original compositions. Featuring Steve
Kyhill on electric guitar and lead vocals, Bob Bizek
on bass, and Phil Lamy on drums and percussion, the band’s
unique blend of jazz and r & b packs a cool, funky, soul-stirring punch.
The Green Brothers are often joined by some of Vermont
and New York’s best sidemen to form a quartet, quintet or sextet. The Green
Brothers repertoire can be geared toward the event; the band can
play all jazz, all rock, or a combination. (The Green Brothers
also perform as a classic rock band, with a focus on the music of the sixties).
